Namita Nayyar:
You recently got married, how has your life changed? What has been the good and bad of marriage so far?
Sonnalli Seygall
Yes, recently got married and till now I can life has changed but it is still somewhat the same, this phase of life is something I really waited for I am so glad it is just like the way I wanted it to be and I am so glad that I took the right decision with the correct person. Life definitely changes post marriage but the love, warmth everything is still the same only difference I feel is living under the same roof.

Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regimes, do you follow any special diet? What is your go-to fitness ritual when targeting weight loss
Sonnalli Seygall
I tend to follow a diet that is sustainable, that is what I have understood over a period of time that crash diets don’t really work, I am huge on home cook food, try to eat my regular food generally made at home besides that I generally try detox if I had a session of heavy foods or been to the party. Also once a year panchakarma is a great way to detoxify your body and I make a point to do that every year.
Namita Nayyar:
Social media is a boon and bane, how do you keep up with the negative side of social media?
Anjali Sharma
In today’s era , when you’re consuming so much through social media , it’s very important to understand where to put a full stop and what to imbibe. I try to take out time for myself , spending time with my family and loved ones. I make it a point to journalise my thoughts each day .
