Shivshakti Sachdev On YouTube, Her First Ever Telugu Film & Much More!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Which platform do you prefer more television or YouTube? And why?

Ms. Shivshakti Sachdev:

I can’t choose one, both got their perks! Both have given me so much that If I will choose one it would be really wrong, I am really enjoying right now youtube because it gives me a platform where I can be me, where I can connect to people directly and where people can know the real me. It also gives me comfort to share what makes me happy and freedom to shoot and work on everything by myself. On the other side when I was doing TV, I learned so much about acting and ediitng and shooting! All those things are really helping me today with my YOUTUBE CHANNEL, I edit my own videos, I write scripts and I create content by myself.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

YouTube is growing sensation right now, what are 4 tips you would like to give to anyone starting its YouTube channel.

Ms. Shivshakti Sachdev:

For youtube, you need patience! You need passion! Keep working hard on passion and be patient everything will fall in place.

Also focus on what is your strength, like beauty fashion or makeup! choose one! Be more active, set a routine! Like my video goes up every Thursday so that’s my routine!

So people connect with you more and then you connect with them on a particular, they look forward to it.

One more thing be true to your audience!

I never promote anything that didn’t help, I would never suggest anything for money that didn’t work for me!

You need to be true because people who are watching you are trusting you and its a BIG responsibility!

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Recently may celebrities have started their YouTube channels, what do you think is the ideology behind it?

Ms. Shivshakti Sachdev:

I think everyone wants to connect with their audience directly because when you are an actor, people connect with your character, on Youtube people connect with you and your fans want to know you as a person!
