Namita Nayyar:
Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and more, do you follow any special diet? What is your favorite cuisine ?
Sara Arfeen Khan
As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, I cherish every meal. My approach to dieting focuses on moderation, with a conscious effort to limit sugar intake, eliminate milk, and avoid carbs after 7 pm. Complementing this dietary discipline, I adhere to a rigorous workout regimen four times a week giving full credit to my personal trainer Louis who’s been my trainer for 10 years now. This balance ensures not only physical fitness but also a profound sense of happiness and well-being, keeping me in shape and ready to savor life’s culinary delights. My favourite cuisine depends on my mood however, Asian cuisine is my all time favourite.

What consists of your fitness routine? Besides physical fitness how do you keep up with your mental wellness
Sara Arfeen Khan
My daily routine revolves around a combination of cardio and weight training, typically lasting 30 to 45 minutes each. Even on days away from the gym, I prioritize movement through activities like swimming or gentle stretching. Consistent physical activity serves as a potent antidote to stress and mood fluctuations, supported by scientific research. Additionally, I rely on three personal secrets for enhanced well-being: weekly intravenous multivitamins, occasional coffee enemas, and the transformative act of removing toxic individuals from my life. Embracing these practices has been a cornerstone of my journey toward optimal health and vitality.
