Sana Saeed: As A Child, I Would Be Embarrassed After Being Called Anjali

Namita Nayyar

You have been part of reality shows in the past, do you plan on doing Bigg Boss in the future? Also, do you prefer reality over fiction shows

Sana Saeed:

I thrive on learning and new experiences, when I did Jhalak which was my first reality show attempt, I didn’t even know then if I could dance, but it turned out I was pretty fine at it. So post that I took up all sorts of challenges, I did fear factor, Nach baliye, comedy circus etc and each show I feel has sharpened my skill set.

I feel like reality shows are like crash courses that you surrender your mind body and soul to because they are so competitive. So they toughen you up, but they also teach you how to take criticism/ how to accept failure and also give you moments when you out do your own expectations. I think most of the work that I opt for has taught me how to life, in general. So I am definitely open to reality shows 🙂

You have an amazing fashion sense If given a chance whose wardrobe would you like to raid from the industry

Sana Saeed:

I feel like we all have a certain personality that guides our fashion choices and if you can really embrace who you are, you will most likely where things to align with that. And then your sense of fashion is most likely to stand out. Because it’s YOURS.

Lastly, along with physical fitness how important do you consider mental fitness to be?

Sana Saeed:

I think I would chose mental fitness over anything else. Mindset is the most important of them all. You have to feed it the right things, read, learn, affirmations, meditations, talking to people you love or even reaching out for therapy. You don’t have to get sick to get therapy,  I feel everyone could use guidance from an expert that understands the mind and can teach you how to be more effective emotionally.

For me personally self help books and  meditation works wonders.
