What comprises your fitness regime, Also your favorite exercises to have those sexy abs
Sana Saeed:
I love exercise, I love moving my body and I’ve come to realize my body loves moving too, so I indulge in a variety of things Gym/ kickboxing/ Yoga / HIIT / Dance/ Hiking/ walks in nature are a few things I am always incorporating.
I think it’s nice to add variety so you don’t get bored doing the same thing everyday.
- usually, I get in one of these things 4-5 days a week depending on my schedule.
- I love doing HIIT (high-intensity functional training) AB workouts. They are so quick and you can almost do it anywhere.

You have an aesthetic social media feed. What according to you is the best and worst part about social media?
Sana Saeed:
I think the best part is how effectively you can connect with your audience, people you love and people that love you. And it helps you keep things real. Else when you’re acting people just get to see a version of you that your role is portraying.
I also love how you can learn things from people across the globe and follow some really authentic people that leave you so motivated. If you can use it correctly it’s a real advantage, so much priceless information out there.
The worst part is you can spend too much time on it and get pretty consumed by other people’s lives. So it’s so important to know when to draw your own line.

How has been the lockdown experience been for you, also with things getting back to the new normal, what are your upcoming projects?
Sana Saeed:
Well, I’ve been healthy and my family and friends are healthy, so I can say we have been more than blessed. It has been challenging ofcourse in its own way for all of us, but I just rather count my blessings.
I was in Los Angeles at the beginning of the Pandemic for 6 months, recently I travelled to Dubai for filming a web-series and now I am finally back home cuddling with my family.
So far so good 🙂
