Sana Saeed: As A Child, I Would Be Embarrassed After Being Called Anjali

Namita Nayyar

You are a passionate dancer as seen on Jhalak Dikhla Ja and Nach Baliye, Tell us about your favorite dance forms, and have you took any professional training

Sana Saeed:

I absolutely love dancing, and I thrive on learning new skills. Jhalak and Nach baliye were my biggest introduction to dance in a way and training for the shows was like a crash courses for me. I would always be open to trying new things and in return I learnt a bit of so many forms. So I am not thoroughly trained at any one form. Though I have attended a few classes in Street Jazz and I immensely enjoy it, currently Bachata is something I am really keen on learning.

Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets, do you follow any particular diet and your favorite cheat meals.

Sana Saeed:

To say yes I’ve tried every diet ever. But the more I’ve grown up and evolved I am of the conclusion that health and fitness is a life style, so a good diet now just means you eat more of foods that are nutrient-dense and are good for your body and less of the foods that may not be so good for you. Diets are so short lived/ restrictive and do more harm than good, though they can temporarily work for a few people, good eating habits and the right awareness n knowledge of what you put in your body is the real need of the time.
