Having worked in both Marathi and Hindi cinema, what role did you connect and enjoy doing the most?

The role I connected to the most has to be a film that is about to come later this year, I can’t talk much about it but you will surely witness and love the movie and the character I play resonates the most with me.
Namita Nayyar:
Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regimes, do you follow any special diet? What is your weight management mantra?
Saiee M Manjrekar
I do not follow any particular diet but when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle I like to watch what I put inside my body and be careful about that, so generally I eat a lunch that is a balance between carbohydrates and proteins, followed by dinner which is again high on protein and fats.
My fitness mantra is consistency and sincerity. But at the same time, we shouldn’t deprive ourselves of something if I want to treat myself with something I do it sometimes.

What is your fitness regime? How do you manage it along with your acting schedules?
Saiee M Manjrekar
Yes, I do have a fitness schedule and I try to work out regularly, as I mentioned consistency is very important, so I try to fix a schedule with my trainer be it before or after my acting schedules.

Saiee M Manjrekar
The message I would like to share with Women Fitness India readers is that fitness is a journey and it is more about how you feel rather than how you look and one should focus more on fitness to feel good and confident overall.

There are many things to look forward to in 2024 a lot of projects are lined and I can’t wait for the
