What is your fitness routine? Your favorite target areas?

Ms. Radhika Bangia

Honestly, I think my workout routine during the pandemic got messed up. I was doing Pilates for the last 6-7 months and I recently started working out again. I have to change my workout regime every 6 months because I get bored of doing a similar kind of workout for too long.

Besides physical fitness, mental wellness is equally important, you being in the public domain how do you keep up with trolling and negativity?

Ms. Radhika Bangia

It’s great that we can finally discuss sanity and mental health. Our mental health is just as crucial as our physical health. While there are many individuals on social media who will appreciate your work and support you along the way, creators must also deal with hatred on the same platform. I’ve learned that one needs to avoid being affected by the negativity surrounding them in order to be successful or happy for that matter. Others will continue to criticize, but we know what we’re doing, and I have a great community that loves and support me. I’ll continue to give it my all for those that enjoy my work because they matter, not for those who want to see you fall down.

Ms.Namita Nayyar:

Being on our digital cover what message you would like to share with our readers on how to create a niche and move up in the influencer industry?

Ms. Radhika Bangia

Nowadays, you always want to get fast feedback on the content you publish. Each person’s journey as a creator is unique since each caters to a particular audience. Pick a genre of content that you like and start working on it. If you create what you love then eventually with time and consistency you can reach your goal.

But to evaluate oneself or place someone else on a pedestal before giving things enough time, in my opinion, is really unfair. It’s crucial to continue and to have a plan in place that should be used for a specific amount of time. If it doesn’t, alter your approach, evaluate your audience, and resume your work. A creator should never give up on their craft in any situation.

Lastly, with the influencer market growing every day where do you see yourself in the future? Dreams and manifestations?

Ms. Radhika Bangia

Yes, the influencer market is growing with each passing day but my work is to keep giving my best and create content that I love.

Future projects-

I’m genuinely open to anything as long as the work is enjoyable, the role is fulfilling, and I have the freedom of content. I don’t mind whether the storyline is fascinating and the gig is a good one, whether it’s in Bollywood, Hollywood, Korean, or Chinese. I would just go ahead and do it if I am excited about it.
