Nowadays a lot of content creators are entering the Bollywood and acting area, you have been part of movies as well, do you see that as a prospective future as well?

Ms. Radhika Bangia

For a variety of reasons, including establishing a business, working with brands, and pursuing starring in the film industry, people get into content creation or start auditioning from scratch; it’s each’s own perspective. These days we are seeing a lot of great creators entering the entertainment industry and due to the popular response, not just movies but even brands have started approaching them for campaigns/ promotions.

What has been the toughest part of your journey? How would you describe your niche as?

Ms. Radhika Bangia

The toughest part of my journey has been consistency makers and I feel like you need to be in a certain mindset in the mood for me to shoot content I feel like when you’re not in the best mood and you’re trying to shoot happy content because my Page is wholesome, it’s happy I want to make people smile so I have to be constantly in my best mood to content. I have content before where I just did it because I thought I have to and people can tell it. It doesn’t get a response if you are genuinely feeling like not happy from within consistency has been a part of me and I have worked around it.

I would describe my niche as K-content and since I really enjoy Korean dramas, k-pop and dancing, and fashion comedy, I try to combine the mainstream stuff into the K-content.

Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regimes, do you follow any special diet? Your favorite Indian cuisine delights?

Ms. Radhika Bangia

To stay fit, I think it’s important to eat regularly and avoid skipping meals. I make an effort to eat as much protein and green veggies as I can. I don’t follow a strict diet plan every day, but I do make sure to eat a hearty breakfast every morning and to always include nuts and fruit in my diet. Also, a constant water intake is a crucial component of my healthy diet.

Fav Indian cuisine delights – I love North Indian chaat ( chat papdi, raj kachori, and also homemade rajma rice )
