I absolutely love HIIT workouts- High Intensity Interval Training. It’s effective, efficient and gets me the results and that addictive endorphin high quick. I also love squats so definitely incorporate 1 or 2 strength days. In addition, I am a nonstop stretching machine and absolutely love mindful mediation and yoga daily.

I am minimalist when it comes to hair and skin. I feel that’s the best way. Our society is so obsessed with hiding all the imperfections all the time. As a fitness girl, I not only don’t have the time to do make up for a very long time nor do I feel it is necessary. I encourage other women to embrace their natural beauty more as well. I do put sunscreen daily because it’s the number one most effective way to protect your skin from aging and I use coconut oil in my hair and body daily. The biggest secret to great skin and hair is water, water, water and collagen daily.

Stay consistent with your blogs and posts. Don’t try to fit in, do what makes you happy and your tribe will come and follow you.
