I don’t think I can say that I have expanded my work in Bollywood as yet. But I am super grateful that my first project in the Hindi film industry was with Salman sir, the biggest superstar of Bollywood and I can’t just wait to work more in Bollywood.

Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regimes, do you follow any special diet regimes? What is the first thing you have in the morning when you wake up?

I don’t follow any strict diet, just eat everything in moderation also I am not a fan of junk food that’s just a plus point. Moreover, I make sure to do some physical activity at least 5 times a week.
The first thing that I have in the morning is a glass of lukewarm water with some lemon in it.

What comprises your fitness routine? Besides physical fitness how do you keep up with your mental health?
Ms. Pragya Jaiswal
My fitness routine consists of weight training in the gym alongside dancing on alternative days. I make sure to do certain physical activities at least 5 times a day.
I definitely agree that alongside physical fitness, mental health is extremely important I generally try to surround myself with positive vibes and cheerful moods. But there are certain days when you feel low and down, in those times I make sure to share my feelings with the people around me that really helps.
