Namita Nayyar:
Being a Yoga Practitioner yourself what is your take on yoga as an overall healer?
Pradaini Surva:
Yoga is beyond asanas. ( I’d like to say this at any given opportunity)
Asanas are a part of it
And diving deep within and creating a sustainable environment for inner expansion is most of it.
Namita Nayyar:
Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regime, what consists of your diet? What is your favourite cuisine
Pradaini Surva:
I would focus on lifestyle on the whole more than just following a diet for a period of time.
I live a plant based life style . I eat intuitively, mindfully. I make sure to include fresh colorful veggies , tempeh / tofu , seeds and nuts , adaptogens thereby creating a balance in consumption of all that’s needed for me to feel nourished everyday.
Namita Nayyar:
What comprises of your fitness regime, when do you work out in the day?
Pradaini Surva:
Asanas, meditation, breathing exercises, Animal flow and light weights.
Namita Nayyar:
You have an impressive social media, what is some points you would advise for someone who wish to build the social media
Pradaini Surva:
Social media is a space to express . I’d say Explore all styles before you hold on to a niche. It’s fun to be able to show all flavors of your life (whatever you wish to share)
