You have been part of Roadies, how was your experience on the show also what made you think of doing it
Ms. Pooja Sharma
Roadies was an amazing journey. It was my childhood dream but I am going to share a very different story “something which I loved so much, I went into depression after it for 2 years”,.It was a very difficult phase, all my life I thought nothing can affect me. And I realized I wasn’t able to handle the environment, I felt that I failed, I felt ashamed, I felt I shouldn’t have shared my abuse story because people had different reactions. Females from neighboring countries reached out to me and shared their stories and that’s what I wanted. But then I realized that a few noises from the outside world were able to question my purpose. For many days I didn’t step out of the house, tried to distract myself in multiple ways during this time I connected to a lot of women and their stories and realized I have a lot more to do. The show was eye-opening.

Your expert input on crash diets, veganism, and keto diets?
Ms. Pooja Sharma
Each diet has its own merits and demerits. I started working on a lot of different approaches lately. I believe one must know what is actually their goal and what they like. I would like to use the famous song “Jo dil se lage use keh do hay hay, jo dil na lage use keh do bye bye”
That’s what I would like to say.
