My fitness regime involves both physical workouts and eating right. While travelling when it’s tough to squeeze in a workout everyday, I make sure I check my proportions of food.

You are going to be a bride, share some tips for new brides on how to plan their trousseau
Ms. Niki Mehra:
Yes, and I am so excited for my big day! For all the bride-to-bes, I would recommend smart trousseau shopping: buy limited indian pieces because trends change quickly and all of us can only repeat our outfits so much. Keep tabs on exhibitions and designer sales and keep your trousseau a mix of designer wear and some made to order pieces from your trusted boutiques.

Lastly, what message would you like to share for our viewers on how important do you feel is it for women to be mentally and physically fit
Ms. Niki Mehra:
We as women maintain balance within our houses and I can proudly say , we are what holds the family together. Even in our professional lives, the most successful people I know are women entrepreneurs.
The most successful leaders in the world are women leaders. And there is one thing that’s definitely common amongst them: they are strong-willed, they know what they want, they love themselves enough to take care of their mental and physical health.

Tips for balancing life on personal & professional front.

Sid ( my fiancé ) and I, set a rule very early on in the relationship: we do not bring work back home. We definitely discuss our achievements or roadblocks, but we value our time together to not let our ambitions get in the way. Similarly, when we are at work, we give our dreams priority, and our personal life waits until the end of the day.
