The actress is currently busy shooting for ‘Haseena’ biopic and has no time for her workouts For B-Towners, fitness is a religion. Whether it’s spending hours at gyms, doing Pilates or practising CrossFit, they are devout followers of keeping fit. A tabloid has reported that Shraddha Kapoor has been following a unique dancercise routine for the past few weeks. An insider reveals, “Shraddha has formulated a new kind of workout for herself that she follows when she can’t make it to the gym,”. Her dancercise involves dancing as well as exercising, and it keeps changing on a daily basis, depending on her needs.
Shraddha loves her new exercise regimen because she doesn’t have to step out of her home for it. “It can be done anywhere with no specific requirements for machines or expensive equipment,” the insider adds. Since Kapoor is in the midst of a hectic shooting schedule for her biopic on Haseena Parkar, the dancercise comes “as a blessing”.
When the tabloid contacted Shraddha, she spilled the beans on her new fitness regime, “As soon as I wake up, I meditate for 10 minutes and do this quick 10-15 minute workout. It comprises of playing my favourite songs, stretching and lifting weights mixed with dancing.”
The actress admits that sometimes, it gets difficult for her to make it to the gym. “So, I thought why not work out at home. I call it my dancercise. It’s a fun way to exercise because I get to dance, engage my body, and listen to my favourite music,” pat comes her reply.
