Women in Jharkhand would now have to pay only one rupee stamp duty for registration of land or property valued up to Rs 50 lakh.
The Jharkhand Cabinet approved one rupee stamp duty for registration on purchase of land or property up to Rs 50 lakh by women and the benefit would be only for one registration.
The Cabinet also approved Rs 40 crore under state plan (2017/18) for interest subvention on farmers’ loan, according to an official release.
Among other decisions, the Cabinet also approved for construction of 40,000 houses under Union government sponsored Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana . The hybrid annuity model house to be built on private-public mode in the urban areas.
