Mental fitness is also important along with physical fitness, how do take care of your mental health

Ms. Mahira Sharma

Yes, of course, mental fitness is as important as physical fitness. If you focus on your mental health it adds up to your physical fitness. When you’re mentally happy you have a very different glow on your face and you feel more confident from inside.

I take care of my mental health by avoiding taking too much unnecessary stress. I avoid focusing on negative things and try to look at the brighter side of everything. I focus more on positivity to be mentally healthy.

Do you plan to do more reality shows in the future? Upcoming projects and future plans for 2022

Ms.Mahira Sharma

I’ve been a part of India’s biggest reality show BigBoss in one of the most successful seasons. I am keeping myself away from Khatron ke Khiladi because I’m scared of heights and insects. So as of now, I’m not interested in doing reality shows. But in the future, I might. Now I’m focusing more on my acting performances which I have not been able to do in 2021 because of Lockdown. I have done a lot of music videos and I’ll continue to do so. Along with music videos, you’ll be getting to see me in films and web series.

Lastly, you are an inspiration to many young girls, having achieved so much at a young age your message for our readers who aspire to be like you

Ms. Mahira Sharma

Firstly I’m grateful for being able to inspire young girls because when I have been that girl who was inspired by other actors. I have been very filmy since my childhood. I’ve spent a lot of time watching some of the greatest actors like Mumtaz, Rekha, Juhi Chawla, and Kareena Kapoor. I used to try and act like them looking at the mirror and since then I’ve dreamt of being like them someday. I myself haven’t achieved that much yet and I’m still working towards achieving more in life but one thing that I’ve learned so far and would like to pass it on is that hard work is a virtue. Along with hard work you should be able to face rejections as well and never stop believing in yourself.
