You appeared in Bigg Boss 13, which by record considered the most successful season, tell us about your experience on the show, and why did you think your season became the most successful

Ms. Mahira Sharma

Before Bigboss13 I was about offered the previous seasons as well but I couldn’t enter Season 11 due to my prior work commitments and in season 12 I was offered wild card entry but I didn’t want to be a wild card entry. I wanted to be there from day 1. And that’s how I entered Season 13. The thing about Season 13 was that everything was genuine. Most of us were new to this had we hadn’t watched the previous seasons closely. We didn’t enter the house with a plan about how we will play our game. And this added to the genuineness of the game. After all, it is a fact that people love you for being real. And that’s the reason why Season 13 was a hit and is considered the most successful season to date. I’m grateful that I got to be a part of this season.

Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regimes, do you follow any special diets? Being a Kashmiri your favorite delicacy

Before Bigboss I didn’t give any special attention to my diet. I used to work out regularly but I ate whatever I felt like eating as I didn’t even have the proper knowledge. But as I am growing ahead in my life I’ve understood the importance of following a proper diet. So now I follow a strict diet and work out accordingly.

Physical fitness plays a very important role in one’s life, what comprises our fitness regime? How do you manage your workouts while traveling

Ms.Mahira Sharma

Managing your workout schedule while traveling gets very difficult at times. I make sure that I don’t even miss a single workout session but at times when I’m traveling internationally sometimes, I tend to miss my workout session. In such events, I make sure that I focus more on diet.
