Congratulations on being featured in Women Fitness India! As a fitness enthusiast and influencer, what inspired you to embark on your fitness journey, and how has it evolved?

My fitness journey, encompassing physical, mental, and spiritual aspects, began when I noticed a significant slowdown in my ability to learn and engage in new activities. Growing up as a sports enthusiast, it was disheartening to see my health take a backseat. Despite a strong urge to regain my fitness, I initially had no clear direction. However, through increased self-awareness and a holistic approach, I found my path. Embracing yoga and a yogic lifestyle has been transformative, allowing me to cultivate overall well-being. Over time, my journey has evolved into a passionate commitment to a healthier lifestyle, inspiring others to follow suit.

You’re known for your dedication to yoga and holistic wellness. Could you share with us how yoga has transformed your physical and mental life and how it contributes to your overall fitness routine?

To be honest, my life has undergone a complete 360-degree reset over the past 1.5 years. With the advent of technology, many of us, including myself, began to lose touch with our true selves. There was a deep urge within me to reconnect and explore my inner world, having already experienced so much externally. Yoga has been instrumental in this journey. It has transformed my physical and mental life, guiding me to live in harmony with nature. For example, I now wake up with the sunrise and ensure I eat before sunset, aligning my lifestyle with the natural rhythms of the earth. This practice not only enhances my physical fitness but also fosters a profound sense of mental and spiritual well-being.
