Please share diet you follow to stay fit? 4 favourites cheat meals
Kompal Matta Kapoor:
My diet is basically eggs and oats, mostly every morning and, more of avocados and these things, I keep switching, but mostly its oats, eggs. And lunch is mostly greens and a little bit of quinoa. Mostly this is what I eat. And at night I prefer salad or maybe dal a little bit of rice . But I keep switching, but it’s mostly on food.
And if you talk about cheat meals, I love having pizza. I love having Italian. I mean, that’s my go to and apart from that, I would love to cheat on desserts. Of course I love tacos and of course Indian food. I don’t have to mention that maybe. So yes, these are for cuisines that I love.
Namita Nayyar:
What comprises of your fitness regime? Share input on exercises to practice regularly? 5 min quick workout for you would be?
Kompal Matta Kapoor:
I sometimes do aerobics, but if I miss that out and I’m traveling, I’m out. What I do is just work with cardio, and maybe some surya namaskars.

Lastly, Share a message for Women Fitness India readers about why it’s important to not believe in everything one sees on social media and nurture their mental health
Kompal Matta Kapoor:
I really believe that people should not really go with what they see online. That’s sometimes misleading. And I know the social media life looks fancy from the outside and it really affects our mental health if you do not have a control or a full stop to it. So you should always see it as putty download windows , Just a fun part and not really think that it’s as glamorous as you see it from the outside world like you say, that grass is always greener on the other side.
It just looks like that. So it’s a lot of struggle we put into it to make our social media look fancy. But in real life, you should have control over this outside life because that really affects our mental health. And you should have a limit to the access and understanding of it.
