What comprises your fitness regime? How do you manage it along with your shoot schedules?
Ms. Kashsika Kapoor
So, obviously, when I am shooting, I can’t work out, though I try to do it in my vanity but is not really possible.
While on my normal days, I tend to have a proper fitness schedule be it my kathak classes or martial arts. Also, I practice meditation because I want to be at my highest spiritual self when I am not working, and it’s very important for my mental and physical fitness.

You have a huge following on social media 11 million, what according to you is the first and best part about social media?
Ms.Kashika Kapoor
I think the best part about social media is to use it to reach out to people and showcase your good work, and then just be off the app, because the more you indulge in it the more it gets to you and then you end up in a vicious cycle.

Lastly, what are your plans for 2023, what things you would like the manifest for yourself in this year?
Ms. Kashika Kapoor
The only thing I plan for 2023 is to make it big and make it count and I am sure that’s going to happen.
Also as I said before I want to engage the maximum audience and do work that they like and appreciate, I always owe it to my fans because of them I am here and grateful for all the love I receive. Thank you!
