You have been part of music videos and fiction drama as well, what more genres you would like to be part of?
Ms. Kashika Kapoor
Action is something that I haven’t explored yet, and would love to do that, there aren’t many female actors who do action in Bollywood so I would definitely want to explore that. Also, the main agenda of doing any genre is to engage the audience because the end of the day all of this is for entertainment purposes.
Recently I am playing a zombie for a role which is very different from the previous works I have done, but again that’s the best part of being an actor!

Being a cover girl for Women Fitness India, you are an inspiration to many young actors who wish to be in the industry, what piece of advice you would like to give them?
Ms. Kashika Kapoor
The only advice I would like to give to anyone would be to never give up on your dreams because that is what I did at a very young age, also look for inspiration inside you rather than seeking it around you. I started working for my dreams at a young age, woke up at 4 am, hit the gym went to New York Film Academy did my dance course, but at the same time don’t give up on my education, I am still pursuing my BBA because I feel knowledge is power and is never wasted!

Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regimes, do you follow any special diet? What are your favorite cheat meals?
Ms. Kashika Kapoor
I honestly don’t have a diet, I can say I have blessed with great genes thanks to my parents, also I don’t want my body to adapt to a certain lifestyle or diet, just want to go with the flow and live a very stressed free life
