What comprises of your fitness routine, your favorite target areas?

I mainly do weight training, along with gymnastics and functional training, it’s generally the mix of all which helps in full body target.

One message I would like to give to the readers would be prioritising health, the kind of hustle we have in our lives, be it any age so it’s very important to have a healthy lifestyle, eat good food exercise and maintain your balance.

In today’s era to keep up with the hustle and bustle it’s very important to prioritize one’s health and fitness so that we can be the best in this game of life!
