Trick to a good warm-up & why is it so important before a workout session?

Warm up so important as if you didn’t warm up you can cause serious injury to your body. Its like when you go straight to exercise you are shocking your body where as when you warm up you are gently allowing the body to realise that you are now going to be doing an intense workout. To warm up I simply just stretch and do like side steps, roll my next and hips around. Basic warm ups you can find on YouTube. I would also say that when I warm up and for example if I am about to dance. The pain the next day I don’t get as much but when I DO NOT warm up the pain is soooo much worse!

I have porridge then just after that I have salmon, scrambled eggs, kale drizzled in lemon juice. With orange juice on the side. Then take a green shake which maybe I will have like, kale inside, spinach, apple, banana etc…
