No. I also want to enjoy life without too many restrictions. Freedom being important to me, I allow myself freedom in food too, but by being reasonable. I think we have to set limits.

For the skin, I avoid doing like the other girls who use too much incompatible product with each other. I try not to attack my skin too much with harmful products or ingredients that are too chemical.
I mainly use gentle cleansers for children’s skin. And creams for sensitive skin. I don’t use foundation but rather much lighter bb cream which avoids a “plaster” effect on the face. Once a week I do face and body masks with yogurt or donkey milk. I also take milk dwarves. And I use children’s sunscreen every day.
For the hair I mainly use coconut oil or castor oil.
