Your piece of advice for girls or beginners aspiring to take this sport at a professional level. Top 5 & why?
Chinki Yadav:
(i) Be Calm And patient– for your sport because patience is important, we tend to react but being calm makes us more confident and focused on our sport.
(ii) Fitness -because we must train throughout the day and for that, we must be strong (mentally and physically).
(iii)Diet -because to be fit we have to eat well and also diet and fitness go hand in hand.
(iv) Discipline – because it helps in our daily routine, being disciplined helps us track our progress day today.
(V) Recovery– because when we train hard our mind, and our body gets tired eventually and there is a chance of injuries, so recovery time is major for our sport. As we use the same muscle for a long time, so we have chances for injuries so it’s better to have a recovery time to play the sport for the long term.
