I am a firm believer that if you’re healthy on the inside the outside job will be an easier task. So I ensure I have a glass of freshly squeezed apple beetroot carrot and ginger juice on most days/pomegranate juice/watermelon juice. I am a mindful eater. I am constantly on the move and it’s hard to keep to a diet It’s been a conscious decision that I’ve made as a New Year’s resolution to completely ban pizzas/burgers/fries and anything deep-fried/unnecessary dessert cravings. It’s been two years since I’ve been off aerated drinks, something I loved, but I want to keep my diet more basic and nutritious.
