Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regimes, do you follow any special diet?
Anushka Merchande:
Yes, I recently started diet planning and I do like to keep myself fit. So, I always eat healthy veggies and salads. However, whenever my appetite needs a waffle or a dessert, I can’t help the cheating. Sorry!
Namita Nayyar:
What is your favorite snack when on sets?
Anushka Merchande:
As I said, I love waffles and I mostly am seen ordering it or eating it so that’s my favorite.
Namita Nayyar:
What is your fitness routine? Do you practice meditation and yoga as well?
Anushka Merchande:
Yes, I do yoga and meditation every morning before leaving for set and also dance a bit so it gives great energy and of course a great start to the day.
Namita Nayyar:
Tell us about your upcoming shows and plans.
Anushka Merchande:
You will surely see me in a new show real soon! Although I can’t reveal much about it is going to be out soon and I’m sure everybody is going to love it!
Namita Nayyar:
Lastly, one piece of advice you would like to give to someone who wishes to be an actor and be part of the industry.
Anushka Merchande:
I would say keep working hard and believe in yourself so much that everything works out for you. The journey is going to be hard but just know that you’ve got what it takes!
