Women Fitness India talks about celebrity diets and fitness regimes, do you follow any special diets? What comprises your morning ritual?
Anushka Ranjan
I do follow a lot of different diets but that completely depends upon how my body is at that particular time. Usually, I do a lot that is a personal issue so I’ve tried diets from Keto to detoxes. I’ve been to different detox centers to work on that and it completely depends upon What I am dealing with or where my weight or my body is at that particular time.
Namita Nayyar:
What consists of your fitness regime? What do you prefer more functional or weight training?
Anushka Ranjan
I prefer weight training and cardio which are two things that make me happy. I enjoy it a lot. I even have like a walking pad at home on which I walk and watch TV. So I get my steps in like that.
Namita Nayyar:
Lastly, upcoming plans and projects for 2024?
Anushka Ranjan
The plans as of right now are in the making. I am not too sure as to which direction I am going to be walking in. But yes I have decided that this year I shall focus on self, personal growth, and family as a lot of years have gone by just trying to be extremely career-focused so keeping career parallel to my life as well is how I’m planning on taking 24 forward.
