Ms. Alankrita Sahai:

I have weights and mats at home. So I do yoga and a lot of cardio mixed with weight training. I also started to cycle recently again. Feels great. I do maintain a balanced diet of certain days then I totally binge for a day. Lots of water vitamin C and no sugar.

Share with us “What you eat in a day” from breakfast to dinner? Also, do you follow any particular diet

Ms. Alankrita Sahai:

Start with a hot cup of lemon honey water, green tea, ginger water, and vitamin C. I can’t eat immediately after waking up. Have eggs with toast Fruits. Or I jump straight to lunch if I wake up late or lazy. Daal rice meat veggies I have during lunch with raita. Then I have a smoothie in the evening. At night it’s again a small portion of chicken, daal rice, soup, pasta or salad. This is strictly for now. Usually, I am way more strict and it’s no carbs post 8 high protein and lots of fruits and veggies. I am not dieting just avoiding sugar.

Ms. Alankrita Sahai:

Yes, please don’t forget who you are in the rat race and don’t give up easily, people will try to bring you down but stay focused on yourself, don’t let yourself becomes a people’s pleaser. Be friendly be kind be generous but don’t let them overstep there’s a difference. Stand your ground. You are worth the hustle and bustle. And work hard and be disciplined. Train ur mind and rest will fall in place.
