Aditi shrestha

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You have previously talked about going through body shaming, Tips for girls who go through the same on social media

Ms. Aditi Shrestha:

Body shaming is something I’ve been facing ever since. I can remember, with my channel growing & reaching newer people the shaming has increased a lot too. What hurts the most is when relatives & immediate family judge you for putting on weight or losing too much weight.

People are never satisfied with who you are and what you’re going to become but what matters is how you see yourself & none of it will matter if you’ll love the flawed & imperfect you! If nothing else works, just delete the nasty comment, block the person & move on with your life because imagine how sad it is for a person to have nothing better to do than sit behind a keyboard & pass judgment on YOUR body? VERY sad.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

If not YouTube what career would you like to be into and why

Ms. Aditi Shrestha:

I’ve studied video editing & animation so probably a career in media where I get to edit or manage social media for someone as their manager. Sounds like a fun job!

Ms.Namita Nayyar:

Your daily skincare routine. Favorite skincare brands you swear by

Ms.Aditi Shrestha:

Laneige, Innisfree, Mamaerth – my stack is full of these brands. I’ve recently started investing in korean skincare too & Cosrx is k-brand that’s helping my skin so much. I’ve been keeping busy these days so the only skincare routine I manage to follow is cleanse, moisturise & apply a blemish balm. And yes! Masking once a week

Ms.Namita Nayyar:

Fitness routine you follow in the quarantine period

Ms.Aditi Shrestha:

Yoga, like I said my mom is after my life to keep up with meditation & yoga in the morning as soon as I wake up, apart from that I’m trying to change my diet & eating habits gradually, some of which includes having fiber-rich diet & adding protein instead if an all carb meal. For some reason, I hate drinking water so I put some lemon/ tulsi leaves in it so I can keep sipping it throughout the day & keep myself hydrated. That’s all for now.
