Besides being an actor, you have also been part of reality shows and even been the host for a few shows, which part did you enjoy the most?

Ms. Aditi Malik

Haha, I don’t feel I am the type for reality shows, I rather like hosting than being part of reality shows, moreover, I feel I am more inclined towards acting and comedy, dancing becomes too much for me to be honest.

You recently embraced motherhood, how was the experience during your pregnancy? Shortcomings you felt

Ms. Aditi Malik

The last 2 years have been a turmoil for all of us, being in the pandemic situation, a lot of people have suffered a lot, recently everyone knows my father passed away and I became pregnant that time, so it was a very weird space for me mentally and physically too, and I can’t say that I am still out of it I still go through palpitations and jitters.

But I know that I will fight, and I’ll come out of it, and I’ll come out, even more, stronger because I have. That’s what my father taught me that you know, nothing should come in your way. Life is very precious. Life is beautiful. And you know, you might just get to live life once. So you don’t know what’s next. So just enjoy the moment and be in the moment and make the most of it.

How do you manage your fitness regime? Workouts you incorporated for post-partum weight management

Ms.Aditi Malik

Fitness for me is again, about being balanced and being happy and not starving oneself. So yes, I have been following a fitness routine right now. I follow intermittent fasting, and I feel that really works for me. But yes, of course, I am doing it as it is prescribed by my doctor and my dietician. So I would suggest taking the right advice from a dietician.

I eat everything. The things that I avoid are fried food, sugar, and junk food basically, that doesn’t do any good to your body. So whenever you’re eating a bite, I feel one should really ask oneself that what is this doing to me, is it just for my taste? , or is it going to help me in my nutrition? So that really works for me. And yeah, I am managing working out like at least twice a day for 20 minutes, sometimes at late night, or early morning, because the schedules are very Haywire because of my small baby. But I manage because I feel that’s for my well-being, and I should be doing it.
