Just like skin, the condition of your hair is an outward sign of inside health. The cells that make up each strand of hair require a regular supply of key nutrients.

- SPINACH
It is excellent for your health as well as your hair. It contains high amounts of Vitamin A, K, C and B-Complex vitamins. Not only it gives you strength but also is an Anti-ager. For better absorption, consume spinach with any Vitamin C rich food like lemon, citrus fruits etc.
- FISH
Fishes that are high in omega-3 fatty acids have amazing hair & beauty benefits. About 3% of the hair shaft is made up of omega-3 fatty acid which makes our hair shiny and thick.
